Fancy Pants collection - On a Whimsy, Delight & Kraft Kuts.
She also used the transparent die-cuts called "Clear Big Clearly Unique"by Fancy Pants too. Love how she painted the transparent die-cuts with paint & some are inked. The stitches made the layout look very interesting.
It is truly amazing how Jessy positioned the cut-outs in this fun and pretty layout. Cutterbee scissors definetely is her "best-friend" all the time. Cheers!
