Hello Sunshine!

Hey folks! Here's my latest inspiration using Crate Paper's Seasons collection, Maya Road sheer album, & Little Yellow Bicycle's clear sheets. Love the effect of the clears, so easy to use, simply cut them out & adhere with 3D dots for a nicer effect. (*don't you just love the little trees & squirrels?*).

Stamping on the MR sheers turns our beautifully too! Just remember to heat set

Oh! I love the chipboard stickers & accents from Seasons too

Don't you just love the papers! The 2-sided papers saves you time looking for coordinating ones

If you'd like to see more, this will be in-store for a short while. Please, may I ask you to handle with care as it was made with lots of LOVE!

some handy tips: try edging photos & labels with Ranger Crackle paint- its nice! Leave on a thicker layer for a greater cracked effect. If photo is too smooth, try sanding the edge a little prior to painting. Ranger ice stickles & glossy accent works great to enhance cut-outs and stickers, giving them a beautiful finish. Glossy accent can also be used as an adhesive for clear embellishments i.e. transparencies cut-outs. :o)

ps: another great gift idea, easily achievable in the shortest possible time *wink*

Sassafrass Lass : Cherry Delicious

I was ecstatic that Macy gave me my fav Sassafrass Lass collection - "Cherry Delicious". Simply because it is very delicious... LOL!! I managed to make 2 layouts. It's a pretty girly collection but I challenged myself to scrap my fur-baby, Tuffie and my loved ones!

Little tips for you:

1. It's nothing wrong to use flowers or girly stuffs on boys or men photos. Just give a little thought and you will create an awesome one :)

2. Print smaller photos & also use multi-photos on your layout!! It's gives a different look and you can simply use more photos on your layout. Personally, I like repeating photos that has slight movements on them as if you are telling story on them :)

Wowee! Indeed we had fun! Thanks again to Wati for so kindly agreeing to come up to KL and conduct Workshop II @ Papier. And I thoroughly enjoyed working on the unique and beautiful mini album. I've finally found my mojo again and am so delighted that I've also found new inspirations with the Distress inks & paints.

Thank you to all for the support to make this workshop a great success. For those who were with me in the afternoon session, it was great to have the opportunity to create together. Hope to see you soon and do pop in to show us your latest creations anytime!
