Little Tips!!

Hi! I am back with another fun layout I created.

Just some little tips how I created this layout :

1) For the Bazzill (kraft) background paper, I sprayed mist on a bubble wrap and stamped it. I also used a polka dot stamp to further enhance the background paper. You can further mist the background with other colors.

2) You can try using unconventional materials like doily to create a delicate and an interesting look to your layout. I applied a little ink at the edge of the doily. If you are not sure whether the doily is acid free, you can always use the EK Success Archival Mist. You can purchase the archival mist in Papier store.

3) See that beautiful heart chipboard? I started with painting black paint on it, let it dry and apply Ranger Crackle Accents. Once it cracked and dried up, I lightly painted red paint on it. Finally, you can put a coat of Ranger Stickles (glitter glue) for a beautiful effect.

OR

You can paint the chipboard heart with Ranger Crackle Paint. Just directly apply the crackle paint onto the chipboard heart, leave it to dry. Then, you can lightly distress it with Ranger Distress Ink pads. Add Ranger stickles for a shimmery effect.

4) Items used for this layout are: Sassafrass Lass - Cherry Delicious collection, Bazzill cardstock, Bazzill chipboard - heart, American Crafts Thickers, Making Memories Journaling Alpha stickers, Colorbox ink pad - Cocoa, Ranger Crackle Accents, Ranger Stickles, Maya Mist - Red, EK Archival Mist, Buttons, Doily. You can find these items in the Papier store.

Hope you like the little tips and do experiment it. Share with us what you did with the little tips because we would love to see them!!

Xoxo Jessy
