'Books R Us' layout by Amelia Khalik

Hey all, it's that time of the week again! Yes..it's Monday blues for some. Here's my first layout for Nov. It's a picture of my children holding their favourite books of the moment.

A bit of scrappy info. I prep the background by misting on an alphabet template. Distress and layer the die cut puzzle on top. Using a craft knife cut the numbers from another pp. Die cut a foam letters, assemble and finally i applied crackle accents to some of the letters.

It's pretty straight forward and easy to do layout. You can create the whole thing by using your own letter template or print screen.

Material lists, Fancy Pants Stripey pp, Fancy Pants Numbers Bracket pp, Fancy Pants Turquoise Grid pp, Maya Road Mists, Alphabet Template, Foam Letters, Tim Holtz Die Cut and Distress Ink.
